Many people use scooter in Paris ... and u can keep your working clothes not same than a bike...
but scooter is very dangerous in Paris too. Yesterday, i saw one on the road totaly destroyed... I can't imagine state of the driver...

Traffic jam in roads only for people walking are not so terible .
